Information used to provide Soloom
We process account details such as your email, profile and sign-in information; content you choose to save or submit; and technical information needed to operate and secure the service. If you subscribe, Stripe handles payment details while Soloom stores subscription status and related identifiers.
Connected AI tools
When you authorize an MCP connection, we store its client, scope and status. The connected tool can read published design references available to your account and temporary media links. Your prompts and the tool’s later handling of results are governed by that tool’s own policies. You can revoke the connection in account settings.
Service providers and requests
Soloom uses Alibaba Cloud for hosting and storage, Resend for service email, Google for optional sign-in, and Stripe for payments where available. For questions or requests to access, correct, or delete account information, contact support@soloom.ai.
